08/21/26 Insurance update!

Whole Health Living has accepted the contract and I will be in network with them starting on 9/1. 

Health Partners and Cigna claims on hold since 7/1 should finally be re-processed as in network hopefully in the next 10 business days. 

Medica, United Healthcare, and UMR credentialling should conclude this month with me hopefully being in network with them in October.

7/22/26 - Insurance update!

No change, coverage continues as usual

Optum/UHC/Medica/UCare/UMR
I've applied to be in network with optum which would allow me access to UMR, UHC, Medica, and UCARE.  I anticipate by October that I will be in-network.

Health Partners and Cigna
Both have each accepted my applications for the remainder of the year so I should be able to continue to take those without issue.

Medicare
Medicare just recently approved more cuts to reimbursement so I will continue to be able to accept them but it will likely be more costly out of pocket regardless of advantage or supplement plans.

7/20/26 -  Dr. Braeden will not return from paternity leave and will focus on running his gym and coaching business.  We wish him the best!

Fulcrum Health announced they will no longer be servicing conservative care so starting on 8/1/26, Health Partners and Cigna coverage will likely be impacted.  It is unclear who will manage the care going forward but we continue to try and find out.

Dr. Braeden will be taking a leave of absence as him and his wife McKay welcome their 2nd daughter.
