06/15/2026 Health Partners, UCare, and Cigna have still not chosen a new distributor for the conservative care so care will likely lapse effective 7/1/26 where we will default to being out of network due to Fulcrum Health closing down.  I will try and expedite credentialing for them again when they pick a 3rd party to manage their care but that process takes months so it is likely that I won't be able to accept Health partners, Cigna, and UCare from 7/1 - 12/31.

05/27/2026 Dr. Josh will be out of the office Friday through Monday and back in the office on Tuesday.

05/01/2026 Fulcrum Health announced they will no longer be servicing conservative care so starting on 8/1/26, Health Partners and Cigna coverage will likely be impacted.  It is unclear who will manage the care going forward but we continue to try and find out.

04/01/2026 Dr. Braeden will be taking a leave of absence as him and his wife McKay welcome their 2nd daughter.
