05/27/2026 Dr. Josh will be out of the office Friday through Monday and back in the office on Tuesday.

05/01/2026 Fulcrum Health announced they will no longer be servicing conservative care so starting on 8/1/26, Health Partners and Cigna coverage will likely be impacted.  It is unclear who will manage the care going forward but we continue to try and find out.

04/01/2026 Dr. Braeden will be taking a leave of absence as him and his wife McKay welcome their 2nd daughter.


12/29/2025:  We have been upgraded to tier 1 status with BCBS and Anthem now and upgraded from Silver to gold status with Health Partners and Cigna.  We retained our top level status with Aetna for 2026.

All Medicaid chiropractic care will officially end on 12/31/2025 for those over the age of 21.  Only individuals under the age of 21 AND who have it managed by BCBS will be able to be seen at the office and still have insurance pay for it.  I do not have a contract with Medica so any UCARE plans that were converted to Medica are now out of network.

12/9/2025 UCARE and Medicaid update. 
All UCare plans have been purchased by Medica and will now be managed by Medica starting on 1/1/26.  I do not have a contract with Medica so I will not be able to take those plans anymore. 

Additionally, Minnesota approved a plan to discontinue chiropractic coverage for anyone over the age of 21 on any medical assistance or medicaid plan so even if the plan is managed by BCBS or Health Partners, I will not be able to bill the insurance starting 1/1/26.

09/24/25 We will be out of the office through 10/02/2025.
 
05/21/2025: We signed a contract to start taking Fulcrum Health which includes Health Partners, Cigna, Aetna, and UCARE.  The effective date of the contract is 6/15/25 so Tuesday 6/17/25 will be the day that all care provided by Josh will be covered under those plans.
