Starting 9/26/2023, Dr. Geidel will start to carry an in-network contract with BCBS.
Dr. Geidel doesnot currently have contracts with and cannot submit to most other insurance companies including: United Health Care, Medica, Health Partners, MCHP, Badger Care, Aetna, Cigna, or Preferred One. If you have those plans and wish to submit an out of network claim, we can print off a superbill for you to submit on your own.

Medicare can sometimes be taken on a case to case basis but is billed as non-participating.
​
Dr. Geidel is able to take all car insurance claims and Worker's Comp cases except those that are filed through SFM Insurance.

Pricing (Cash)
Starting June 30th, 2018, the price structure will be simplified to:

20 minute visit: $60
40 minute visit: $100
New Patient (40 minute session): $100
Payments Accepted​
We accept cash, checks, credit cards, debit cards, HSA, and FSA.
We are not able to accept care credit.
