Dr. Cordts

Dr. Cordts is currently cash only and does not currently accept any health insurance​.

Dr. Geidel

  Blue Cross Blue Shield​: Tier 1 in network status, can take all BCBS.

  UMR: able to be billed out but processed through as out of network

  MEDICARE: Medicare we can send through as non-participating

  MEDICARE SUPPLEMENTS: Rarely pay anything 

  MEDICARE ADVANTAGE: case by case basis.  If the advantage play is the primary           insurance and medicare is secondary, and it is through BCBS, it can sometimes be accepted

  All other companies: no contracts, can be submitted as out of network or given a superbill​ 

 

Car Insurance/PIP: Dr. Geidel and Dr. Cordts can take all car insurance claims.

Worker's Comp: Case to case basis.  We take most but with Corvel or SFM day or service payment may required.
